There are three shared guest rooms now available. Each will accommodate four to six guest.
Scheduled / Hosted Events
Monthly no frill / open studio includes 3 days / 2 nights for $160.00. Check in at 9AM Friday; Check out prior to 4PM Sunday. 3 day crop with no stay for $60.00. Scheduled for the first Friday – Sunday monthly this is a great option for those who want to plan visiting local eateries.
Quarterly 4 day crops include 4 days / 3 nights with meals for $290.00. Check in at 9AM Thursday; Check out prior to 4PM Sunday. Crop only with no overnight stay is $140.00. Scheduled January, April, July & October every year these events are catered to those who want a true pampered weekend with nothing but creative time to focus on. Enjoy 7 delicious home cooked meals.
Non-hosted / Private Groups
Plan a 4 day weekend (Thursday – Sunday) for you and 13 of your closest friends. $1120.00 divided amongst the group. Full access to the studio & kitchenette. The is a non-hosted event however owner is on site. ~ this is my home after all.
The Dolomite Suite
Named after the mountains in Northern Italy,
this suite is located on the main level, sleeps four
and includes a small powder room.
The Verona Suite
Named after Verona, Italy,
this suite is located on the second floor,
and sleeps four guest.
The Carnevale Suite
Named after the Carnevale di Venezia,
this suite is located on the second level
& sleeps six guest.
House Rules
- Guests must be female and 18 years of age or older. Young ladies 16 or 17 may be permitted by special request and approved by the owner, but only if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian
- Sorry, but your fur babies will have to stay home. No pets allowed.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house or within 10 feet of entrances.
- For safety reasons, no candles or other open flames are allowed inside or anywhere on the property.
- Bella Notte Pampered Artist Retreat is not liable for any loss, damages, or claims for any reason for any event outside of our control, such as loss of power, utilities, cable, or internet issues, personal injury, etc.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes requires a need for you to change your retreat plans.
If you need to change your date, we will do our best to accommodate your request but are not under obligation to accommodate a date change request. Any changes are made at our discretion and you must contact us prior to your 30-day final payment date. Please call Jodi at 402-547-7334.
If you choose to cancel and not reschedule prior to 30-days of arrival, you will forfeit your security deposit. If you cancel within 30-days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount due. We will attempt to fill your rental dates. If we are able to fill your reservation, you will not be responsible for any further balances due and we will refund all payments, less the security deposit. Id we are unable to fill your rental, you remain responsible for making full payment on your reservation.
